In each project, there are several needs to be addressed to realize a sustainable development.

1) Vocational Training School:
- more classrooms, workshops, staff quarters, dormitories and a big dining hall and a social hall.
- equipments for workshop
- library
- sports courts
- a school bus
- a truck for shopping and bringing student-made products to market
- computers and internet connections
- staff training
- funds to sponsor the school fees of orphans

2) Orphans Project
- nutritional care
- education for a better future
- renovation of their houses for good shelter
- basic health care needs
- professional counselors
- a recreation center and facilities

In general, the biggest challenges being faced to run the projects for a sustainable community development are:
- reliable and regular funding
- markets
- training
- education
- reliable partners to work with
- professional staff and technicians
- improved communication (roads, Internet connections)
